About PT-ography

Whilst I've been a keen casual photographer for many years, like many thousands of people in 2020,

I found myself furloughed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This sudden deceleration of life and normal schedule allowed me to explore and develop my photography further.

I began to take my hobby seriously and self critique my results to the point that I was no longer just casually snapping away for fun, I demanded more from myself and my equipment.

Although Nature and Wildlife Photography formed a large part of my passion, I wanted to develop my photography as a small business venture and offer my services to clients.

Hence PT-ography was setup as a shop window for my image portfolio and services.

During the Covid pandemic opportunities for client work have of course been scarce. But now that life is gradually returning to 'normal' with public events and activities back on the agenda I'm seeking to steadily build my bookings for weddings, events, live performance and portraiture.

Phil lives in Stourbridge, West Midlands and works near Wolverhampton.

Aswell as his photography Phil loves the sights, sounds and buzz of live musical theatre. He is involved with local theatre companies either crewing backstage, helping front of house or combining both passions whilst capturing show rehearsal and live performance photos.
