Over the weekend of the 3rd & 4th July 21, I treated myself to an interesting break from all my usual Wildlife & Nature Photography.
Having always been keen to attend the Severn Valley Railway Back to the 40's event I decided to take the opportunity of capturing real people and characters again with restrictions starting to lift.
So in an attempt to blend in I hastily acquired some vintage braces , flat cap & camera bag before setting off on my mission.
I must say a really big thank you to all the re-enactors, performers and passengers that let me take their photos.
I was a thoroughly enjoyable experience despite the typically British weather and shall certainly be returning next year - maybe as a passenger.
So Jolly Good Show, All Aboard & Tally Ho for now.
